Using the knowledge base

This knowledge base provides a searchable repository of information regarding Slabsmith software and it's use.

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ's), the help system for all aspects of Slabsmith, installation tips for the Slabsmith photo station and much more.

You can browse articles in this section manually by selecting your category of interest on the left, or you can search for articles that match your questions or keywords.

(Note: you can access the advanced search on by clicking the orange button to the right of the search box on the top of every page in the Slabsmith knowledge base )

Contacting support

If you have sales questions or require live technical support, please contact us during normal business hours ( 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time).

Note:  Live technical support is provided at no additional charge for all Slabsmith customers who are on a current maintenance plan. 

If you are not on a current maintenance plan, you can still receive live technical support at the rate of $150/hr with a minimum charge of $75.  Please call us for an estimate. 

If we can solve your problem in a few minutes there is no charge regardless of your maintenance status.
